John T. Dillon
Prior to becoming a member of
alliantgroup’s Strategic Advisory Board, Mr. Dillon most recently served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of International Paper (a Fortune 100 Company). Mr. Dillon's professional affiliations currently include membership on the Board of Directors of the following companies: Caterpillar, Inc. (a Fortune 100 company), DuPont (a Fortune 100 company), Davis Petroleum Corp, and serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of TestEquity, LLC . Throughout his professional career, Mr. Dillon has served as Chairman of the Business Roundtable, Chairman of the Board of Governors of the National Council for Air and Stream Improvement, Chairman of the Board of the American Forest and Paper Association, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Council on Economic Education, and member of the President's Advisory Council on Trade Policy and Negotiations. Mr. Dillon received his master's degree from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

Allan D. Koltin, CPA
Mr. Koltin is a founding member of The Advisory Board, a think tank to professional and financial services firms. He serves or has served on the board of directors of Outsource Partners International, BKD Financial Advisors, HRB Business Services, National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and the AAM Advisory Council. He has been an active member of the CEO Club of America, National Speakers Association, AAM, Law Marketing Association, American Bar Association and Professional Speakers of Illinois.
A nationally recognized speaker and industry analyst, Mr. Koltin has appeared on the CNN, WGN and FOX Television networks and has been quoted in such media as Forbes, Business Week, Newsday, Crain’s Business, BBC World Service, Bloomberg News, Reuters Newswires, USA Today, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, New York Post, Chicago Sun-Times, Chicago Tribune and Los Angeles Times. He has also spoken nationally and internationally at hundreds of conferences on the topics of leadership, partner compensation, mergers and acquisitions, human resources, professional practices, auto dealerships, assurance services, federal taxes, business valuation, litigation support, women’s initiatives, and practice management.
In September 2006, Mr. Koltin was named by Accounting Today as one of the most influential people in the profession, a recognition he has received in each of the past seven years. He was also one of the first inducted into the Accounting Marketing Hall of Fame by the Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM). In October 2004, he was voted by the Leading Edge Alliance as the Most Influential Person in the Accounting Profession. He has also been a recipient of the NACVA Instructor of the Year Award and winner of the Journal of Accountancy Literacy Award. Previously he was recognized by the Illinois CPA Society with the Distinguished Service Award for outstanding service and commitment to the profession.
Mr. Koltin is the author of two books for professional services firms: CPA Firm Merger Strategies That Work and CPAs That Sell. He also edited the AICPA’s book, Marketing a Consulting Niche. Mr. Koltin is on the editorial advisory boards of Accounting Today, Law Firm Management and CPA Practice Management Forum.

Phillippe Camus
Prior to becoming a member of alliantgroup’s Strategic Advisory Board, Mr. Camus was co-Chief Executive Officer of the European Aeronautic Defense & Space Company (EADS), of which Airbus is a division. Prior to his service at EADS, Mr. Camus spent 18 years in senior management positions at Lagardère SCA and, prior to that, he spent ten years at Caisse des Dépôts, where he was appointed Head of the Fixed Income Directorate. Additionally, Mr. Camus was designated an Officer of the French Légion d'Honneur and received the Cross of the German Merit Order. Mr. Camus currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Crédit Agricole SA, Accor SA, the Institut d'Expertise et de Prospective of the Ecole Normale Supérieure and the Paris Ueroplace Association. Mr. Camus is a graduate in economics and finance of Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, a graduate in physics of Ecole Normale Supérieure, and holds a doctorate degree in actuarial science from the Institute des Actuaires.

Len Schutzman
Mr. Schutzman has over 30 years experience as a senior financial executive at several industry-leading companies. He served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Pepsi Cola International (a Fortune 100 Company), Senior Vice President and Treasurer at PepsiCo, and the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Frito-Lay. In addition, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Triad Capital Corporation, an investment company that specializes in financing small and minority owned businesses. He has also served on the Board of Directors for Cendant Corporation (a Fortune 100 company) and Twin Labs, and was Chairman of the Board atSkyAuction.com. Mr. Schutzman is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds a Bachelor of Science from Queens College and a Master of Science from the University of Rochester. He is also an executive professor of business strategy and entrepreneurship at the University of Rochester's William E. Simon Graduate School of Business.
