CEO Dhaval Jadav Welcomes Dennis Gardiner to alliantgroup’s Strategic Advisory Board

HOUSTON, June 21, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — alliantgroup is proud to announce the addition of Dennis Gardiner, CPA and Managing Partner at Gardiner Thomsen, to the firm’s Strategic Advisory Board. Gardiner brings to alliantgroup over three decades of experience as a CPA with a strong background in advising agriculture clients such as co-ops and agribusinesses. In his new role, Gardiner will be advising the firm as it continues to expand its outreach and further develop its growing agriculture practice.

The son of Gardiner Thomsen founder Dan Gardiner, Dennis Gardiner first joined the firm in 1984. In 2003, he was promoted to partner and then was later promoted to managing partner in 2011. Throughout his career, Gardiner has specialized in agriculture clients, credit union practice and firm administration. He is a member of AICPA, ISCPA and NSAC, and is licensed in Iowa, Minnesota, Illinois, Missouri, Nebraska and California. He also offers his assistance to the Iowa Institute for Cooperatives with regard to management and director training.

During his career, Gardiner has specialized in introducing businesses to various allocation alternatives and different tax deductions as well as helping these companies understand how these decisions will ultimately affect their balance sheets and long-term reinvestment opportunities.
