WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
Micro-Captive Owners and their Advisors.
Thursday, October 3rd, 2019 from 12:00 – 12:45 PM CT
The IRS has increased its scrutiny of micro-captive insurance companies over the last several years, and now the Service has announced a global settlement offer for cases that involve non-compliant 831(b) micro-captives.
If you own a captive, you already know the complexities involved. Now is the time to seek guidance on this offer that provides captive insurance owners an opportunity to avoid further scrutiny and costly litigation.
alliantgroup’s own Steven Miller, former Acting IRS Commissioner, is hosting an exclusive webinar to walk viewers through the complicated guidelines surrounding the settlement that has created as many questions as it has answers.
While the IRS has notified more than 200 taxpayers that they are eligible to participate in the settlement option, the offer can be applicable to others who own a captive. The settlement offer is time-sensitive, and those who fail to act will be forced to continue under standard IRS audit procedures.
During the webinar, alliantgroup’s Steven Miller will review this latest development in the captive insurance space and the critical information that taxpayers need to know before making any decision — you won’t want to miss out on this webinar!
