Addendum A to Original Agreement

Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the original agreement, Client and alliantgroup are hereby adding this addendum to the Original Agreement.

A. Tax Study Years: alliantgroup will perform an additional State and Federal Research and Development Tax Credit Study for tax years 2023.

B. alliantgroup will continue to provide such R&D services on a yearly basis under this same fee scenario.
