If you own an architecture firm that works on government buildings, you may be eligible for a powerful government incentive that is putting millions of dollars back into the pockets of business owners nationwide.

For designs, renovations or retrofits that enhance the energy efficiency of government-owned structures such as schools, courthouses, city halls and other buildings, architecture firms can receive a tax deduction of up to $1.80 per square foot on each of their qualifying buildings. Aside from schools and universities, buildings ranging from military barracks, courthouses, airports, transportation facilities and government offices have qualified for this tax deduction.

Please join us for a free webinar as alliantgroup Director of Energy Credits and Incentives Andy Gerstenhaber discusses this federal incentive, including the best practices for claiming the deduction and the value you can add back through your prior design or renovation projects.
