Leading U.S. Tax Consultancy Expands Internationally with U.K. Acquisition
HOUSTON, March 22, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — alliantgroup today announced that it has acquired ForrestBrown, the only chartered tax advisory (CTA) firm specializing exclusively in research and development (R&D) tax credits in the United Kingdom. The acquisition of the firm complements alliantgroup’s expertise as the largest provider of federal and state tax incentives in the United States.
