Marketing Executive Rose McCarty Joins alliantgroup as Vice President of Education & Awareness

HOUSTON, Sept. 4, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — alliantgroup is proud to announce the addition of Rose McCarty as the firm’s Vice President of Education & Awareness. A longtime C-level executive, McCarty brings over 13 years of marketing and corporate communications experience to the company.

In her new role, McCarty will be responsible for leading the firm’s strategic outreach and communications initiatives, with a heavy focus on educating U.S. businesses on the valuable tax credits and incentives designed for their benefit and also bringing additional insights and thought leadership to alliantgroup’s clients, CPA firms, advisors and industry organizations.

“I am thrilled to be joining a company that is doing such vital work on behalf of U.S. businesses,” said McCarty. “These incentives engender greater opportunities for American companies, generating the capital needed to hire new workers and reinvest in new technologies. By educating companies on the value and availability of these incentives, alliantgroup is playing a critical role in shaping a more dynamic and competitive American economy. It is essential work, and I am proud to be part of a firm that is providing a real benefit to the country at large.”

McCarty has previously held numerous strategic marketing and leadership roles. During her recent tenure as Vice President of Marketing at Stewart Title, she transformed its marketing department by integrating new technologies to enhance the customer experience and by aligning the department with the strategic needs of the entire organization.

Prior to joining Stewart Title, McCarty was the Executive Director of Marketing and Technology for Edge Group, a leading procurement group of manufacturers and distributors in the data communications, closed circuit TV/security, low voltage, electronic MRO and electronic OEM industries. While working in this role, she became aware of the challenges faced by mid-market distributors, many of which could have been overcome by access to additional financial resources. Mid-market distributors are in fact excellent candidates for a number of federal and state incentives, and McCarty sees an opportunity for alliantgroup to help bring immense value back to this sector.

Earlier this year, Texas Diversity Magazine named McCarty to their inaugural Houston Power 50 award list honoring women in the C-suite who are making an effort to do great work within their companies, departments and communities in the city of Houston.

“I could not be more excited to have Rose join our firm,” said alliantgroup CEO Dhaval Jadav. “I look forward to the direction she will bring as we continue our outreach to U.S. businesses. Her expertise with corporate communications and digital platforms will be vital to our next phase of growth.”
