Anders Rajka possesses more than 30 years of experience, beginning his career in foundational roles at EY and KPMG, where he developed expertise in strategic technology initiatives and organizational transformation. This experience laid the groundwork for a 22-year tenure at Johnson & Johnson, where he held various leadership positions, delivering significant business value through data-driven strategy and technical acumen. During his time at J&J, he successfully led major transformations in cloud computing, data and analytics, and intelligent automation. With a collaborative leadership approach, Anders combines a technical expertise and strategic business acumen to deliver measurable results across global operations.
In his role at alliantDigital, Anders will continue his focus on helping clients leverage advanced analytics and data-driven insights to transform their operations. He will assist in growing our data analytics service line, including data management, data quality, predictive & prescriptive analytics, as well as BI/Reporting. This discipline extends to all industries, but with a particular focus on our burgeoning Biotech and Life Sciences clientele.
