With an unmistakable passion for software integrated technologies, Margorie McLenan’s leadership has helped software, systems and high-tech businesses claim over $200 million in federal and state tax incentives. She is one of the driving forces behind alliantgroup’s Software Industry Practice Group, where she has steered over 400 tax studies through the identification, substantiation and implementation processes that accompany a tax credit study.
In addition to her client-facing role, Margorie has helped establish and implement new business processes across alliantgroup’s R&D Tax Credit practice, offering her technical expertise to ensure the firm’s procedures are in step with ever-evolving regulations and tax laws. These processes and procedures have helped to establish alliantgroup’s Software and Technology practice as the premier in the industry having delivered over $1.2 billion in incentives and over 2000 clients in the past 10 years.
