The AICC is committed to representing and protecting the business interests of its members, and alliantgroup is committed to helping their mission. AICC members are independent companies providing corrugated, folding carton and rigid box packaging.
Established in 1974, the AICC was founded to help independent box plant owners and operators survive and thrive. This started with focuses on issues related to supplying members with the paper they needed. It also focused on issues of competitiveness within the industry in an attempt to level the playing field for independents.
Since then the AICC has evolved and grown. The packaging industry is more high-tech than ever, with increased adoption of automation, cloud-based inventory systems, operational control and higher throughput speeds. The association now sits as the intersection of packaging substrates, materials and services. It is also the largest organization of corporate members in the corrugated and paperboard industries.
AICC has also evolved to emphasize education, emerging leaders and technology for its members. Much of that emphasis is meant to help members attract and keep employees. Which is why, alliantgroup’s induction aligns perfectly.
