Space Center Houston
Space Center Houston and alliantgroup share a mission to inspire the next generation to have a passion for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) and innovation. Our CEO Dhaval Jadav serves on the Space Center Houston Board of Directors and is a passionate advocate for all children to have access to technical education.
Throughout the years, alliantgroup has partnered with Space Center Houston to bring STEM education to students of ALL ages! Some of the partnerships include:
Dhaval R. Jadav Learning Innovation Center
In the spring of 2022, Dhaval R. Jadav, chief executive officer of alliantgroup and Space Center Houston board member made a $1 million donation to Space Center Houston. This special gift will help fund programs that inspire youth and educators through science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education, exhibits and programs. To honor his generous contribution to Space Center Houston, a building is now named after him. This facility serves 200,000 students and educators annually to provide hands-on learning in STEM.
STEM Field Trips
alliantgroup has sponsored several field trips for Houston ISD Title I elementary schools, so students from low-income areas can have the opportunity to be exposed and learn more about space exploration and the importance of STEM careers.
She is Foundation
Since 2021, alliantgroup has been proud to partner with Space Center Houston and the She is Foundation from Colombia to bring STEM education to girls in vulnerable communities from Colombia, Peru and Ecuador.
During the girls’ space camp visit to Houston, some of our Spanish speaking alliantgroup professionals had the honor to serve as judges for the “Shark Tank” segment of the program, where students presented their STEM projects. Our professionals also presented all the STEM prizes for the winners, that were donated by alliantgroup.
Space Center Houston Extravaganza
alliantgroup’s culture is special and unique! Our CEO, Dhaval Jadav loves to host special and educational events for many of our high performing professionals, clients and partners in the community. During the event, we had a stimulating conversation with William T. Harris, Space Center Houston CEO and Dr. Robert Ambrose about the role of robotics software and AI in space.
