Gary F. Gibson is a Texas A&M graduate and seasoned executive with over four decades of experience in finance, operations, and corporate governance across multiple industries. He has served in senior leadership roles at major corporations and currently manages personal investment entities while serving on several prominent corporate and non-profit boards.
Gibson began his career at BDO’s Houston office, rising to audit partner and leading multiple committees. He later served as CFO and VP of Finance at an industrial construction company before joining Star Furniture as CFO, where he orchestrated its sale to Berkshire Hathaway. His extensive leadership includes chairing the Texas Association of Business and serving on M.D. Anderson Cancer Center’s Board of Visitors since 1988. He currently serves on Texas Mutual Insurance Company’s board and chairs Aaron Investments’ Audit & Finance Committee.
He brings his decades of executive experience and deep understanding of business operations to alliantgroup, where he will leverage his expertise in strategic planning, corporate governance, and financial management to help clients navigate complex business challenges. His extensive network and proven track record in orchestrating successful business transactions position him to provide valuable insights for companies seeking growth opportunities and operational excellence.
