IRS Moratorium

As stated in the Wall Street Journal, the IRS is now taking steps to disrupt the pop-up ERC industry. This does not mean that legitimate claims cannot be filed, only that the service will be taking more time to review claims – especially those connected with firms that sprung up during the pandemic.
