
David is a Partner in the DiCicco, Gulman & Company’s Commercial Business Group. He has over 25 years of experience focused on the financial advisory needs of closely held businesses, equity investors, legal counsel and financial institutions. David works with clients in the architecture and engineering industry, as well as consumer products, professional service, manufacturing, technology, and finance.
David specializes in auditing and taxation, internal controls and systems, financial and tax planning, placement of debt and equity financing, and succession planning. He is an integral part of the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services team and regularly advises clients on merger and acquisition transactions, due diligence services, and evaluation of new business opportunities.
As the Partner in charge of the firm’s Architecture and Engineering practice, David has significant experience servicing A/E/C firms across the country. His expertise in this area includes evaluating firm profitability, structuring deferred compensation arrangements, merger and acquisition advisory, succession planning and strategic tax planning. Under David’s direction, DGC produces an annual architectural and engineering industry survey and hosts an annual A&E Summit event. He is also a frequent speaker at events and regularly contributes articles to business and trade publications.
