alliantgroup is proud to announce that it has been placed second overall in the Midsize Companies Category in the Houston Chronicle’s Top Workplaces for 2016. This is the second year in a row alliantgroup has been included among the Top Workplaces, with the firm moving up 38 spots from last year’s finish, marking the greatest advancement among all companies in the Houston area.
In addition to company-wide awards, alliantgroup Director of Talent Kim Tardy received the Leadership Award for the Midsize Companies Category and CEO Dhaval Jadav was featured in the Chronicle in an interview on the firm’s success and ongoing investment in its employees.
“It’s about investing in people and making them great,” he said. “That’s 1,000 percent what I come to work for every day.”
The Top Workplaces list recognizes companies that have an outstanding office culture, a healthy work environment, and most importantly, a strong core mission. According to the Houston Chronicle, companies that make the list are not only the best places to work, but are more likely to be successful than their peer organizations.
The list is compiled annually by WorkplaceDynamics, which has observed that the most successful companies are those with a strong core purpose and a business model that employees believe in. The goal of the annual list is to highlight those companies that are championing the best practices, and alliantgroup is honored to be included among the Top Workplaces for the second straight year.
alliantgroup is located in Houston’s Galleria section with 700+ employees and branch offices in eight major cities.
