About the Presenters:

Tracy Lustyan is the Managing Director for the Great Lakes Region and is based in alliantgroup’s Chicago office. Her focus is on clients in the Midwest, primarily in Illinois, Missouri, Minnesota and Iowa. Tracy has a vast knowledge of government-sponsored incentive programs that are designed for the benefit of U.S. businesses, including her work with the R&D Tax Credit, IC-DISC, DPD and hiring incentives.

Freddie Custodio is an R&D Consultant based in alliantgroup’s Houston Headquarters.
Throughout his time with alliantgroup, Freddie has worked on over 100 R&D studies, identifying over $16 million in credits for American businesses. Freddie is a team lead and specialist for the automation and manufacturing industries.
Prior to joining alliantgroup, Freddie worked in the field doing product development, design engineering, data analytics and software consulting. Freddie has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama.
